Jérémie Castor, Director As the elder son of Gérard and Jeannette Castor, Jérémie brings both tradition and innovation to Chateau Saint Nabor. After studying viticulture and wine commerce, he gained international experience working in California, developing not only new winemaking techniques but also a vision for global markets. In 2013, Jérémie and his brother Raphaël took the helm of the family business, continuing their family's legacy of excellence.
