Often called the "King of Cheeses," our Parmigiano Reggiano is aged 24 months and imported from Zanetti in Italy—one of the country's most respected cheesemakers since 1900.
We bring the wheel to your table, light it on fire, and toss fresh fettuccine pasta inside until it's coated in rich, molten cheese. Served with a fresh Caesar salad. ($40 per guest)
